Farm Drive Tour Details
Most people are surprised how much they learn on our tour.

We fatten cattle and people at Myella.

The Graze Tour suits people with mobility issues - whether this be a wheelchair, crutches or prams.   People of all ages love it, from those who lived on the land to those having their first ever farm visit.

This educational tour is run at a leisurely pace for those who love to chat and ask questions.  It is the only Myella tour which includes a meal, hence the "grazing" name.

First we take the time to get you know you and you will figure out quickly you can ask us anything.  We offer a horse education session, brushing and feeding - not riding.

We take a break and get to know each other more over a cuppa.  O
live and Lyn will cook you something fresh for morning tea like scones while we chat and graze. (let us know if you have a special dietary requirement at the time of booking)

At the homestead there is a large map, study this mural before the call of “All aboard”, then take your seat or take the standing option and we'll take you in our station vehicle and guide you across the 1100 hectare station.

The farm tour is a gentle drive over the farm roads.  See regenerative grazing first hand.  Judge for yourself the benefits to the cattle and land.  We take the time to explain our rotational grazing practices.  Learn how the cattle graze the land and how Myella is managed with the view to nurture the ecosystem.

Get an insight into the operations of the farm, water supply, animals and vegetation both native and introduced.  If the season is right season, you'll get to graze on some bush tucker.

The cattle provide the perfect excuse to stop for a photo, improve your knowledge about these herd animals. The cattle seem to love the attention.

This Grazing Tour finishes as you open the gate and release the chickens, letting them free range graze over the garden.

By the time we return it will be 12.30pm
